Frank McCrystal

Frank McCrystal joined the Regina Rams in 1981 and became the Head Coach in 1984. McCrystal would hold that position from 1984-2014. The Regina Rams won 7 national titles under McCrystal in the CJFL before joining USports in 1999. He was named USports coach of the year in 2007 as well Canada West Coach of the year. McCrystal sent numerous players to the CFL and has the rare distinction of having four of his Regina Rams players go on to the NFL from the Usports level.
